MASCOT, April 30 (Saba) - Minister of Fisheries Wealth Mohammed Shamlan and his Omani counterpart Mohammed al-Qatabi signed a minute of official talks between Yemen and Oman in fishing.

The minute includes establishment of a joint fishing company and encouragement of businessmen in both countries to invest in fisheries projects.

Both sides also agreed on formation of a joint committee to impalement articles of the minute.

Shamlan affirmed concern of Yemen to ecnourge of the Omani and Arab businssmen to invest in the fishing sector in Yemen, pointing out to the available chances in this sector.

He also invited his Omani counterpart to visit Yemen to see climate of the investment in the country.
