SANA'A, April 26 (Saba)- Yemen and World Bank (WB) discussed on Monday preparations to implement the 2nd vocational training project which is funded by the bank with a total cost of $15 million.

The meeting, which was held by Minister of Technical Education and Vocational Training Ibrahim Hajri and the project's advisor, discussed the current preparations to organize a workshop on the foundational components of the ministry.

It also reviewed the WB's participation in the workshop and evaluated the National Strategy of Technical Education.

The two officials affirmed the project's importance in building human abilities in different vocational fields.

The project targets the foundational powers of the ministry on the requests of labor market, control and monitoring and evaluation as well as establishing a new technical program for training.
