MOSCOW, March 31 (Saba) -- The Council of Arab Ambassadors visited on Wednesday the Lubyanka metro station that was targeted by a terrorist attack, killing and wounding dozens of people, according to Kuwait News Agency (KUNA).

The ambassadors placed a wreath of flowers at the scene to express their solidarity with the Russian people in this ordeal, Kuwait's Ambassador to Russia, Nasser Al-Muzayan told KUNA in a statement.

Head of the delegation of Arab ambassadors, Lebanese Ambassador Dr. Assem Jaber strongly condemned terrorism in all its forms and manifestations.

Jaber expressed his solidarity with the relatives of the victims of the metro station explosions which occurred two days ago. On behalf of Arab ambassadors, Jaber sent his condolences to the leadership and Russian people in this difficult time.

The Arab Ambassadors were accompanied at the scene by a number of Russian Foreign Ministry officials.
