SANA'A, Jan. 05 (Saba) - The deputy-speaker of the parliament Jafa'ar Ba-Saleh held talks here on Saturday with the member of the Iranian Shoura Council Mhamoud Madani, the head of Yemeni-Iranian Parliamentary Friendship Committee and the deputy Chief of the Board of Trustees of al-Quds Foundation Ali Akbar Muhtashimi on parliamentary cooperation between both countries.

The talks dealt with means of broadening horizons of parliamentary relations between Yemen and Iran to accomplish the higher interests of the two countries.

The delegation offered the Iranian leadership's condolences to President Saleh, the Yemeni people and the deceased's family on the death of the parliament speaker Sheikh Abdullah Bin Hussein al-Ahmar.
