SANA'A, Jan. 03 (Saba)- The government is to carry out its 2008-2010 reforms matrix which focuses on combating corruption and judicial reforms as well as modernization of civil services.

It also aims at improving decentralization, investment environment and women
empowerment.

A source in the Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation said that implementation of the three-year reforms matrix, in cooperation with donors, will support efforts o the government to strengthen good governance, especially in fields of justice, local ruling and central organization of control and auditing.

The cabinet also allocated YR 614.4 billion to fund its investment program for 2008 at an increase of YR 496 million compared to last year.
