SANA'A, Dec. 04 (Saba)- Cabinet agreed in its meeting held in Tuesday on establishing a joint company between Gulf Of Aden Ports Corporation (GAPC) and Dubai World Ports (DWP) to be in charge of improving and operating Aden Containers Port with equal capital 50% for each in accordance to agreement signed in Dubai on November 27, 2007.

The cabinet authorized Transport Minister to quickly choose an international company to conduct process of counting and pricing of equipments that would be included in the capital of the new company, reviewing partnership draft treaty and completing measures of establishing the company.

Earlier, the cabinet had studied a report of Minister of Planning and International Cooperation over his talks with Emirates and DWP officials last November, valuing new results they have reached.
