SANA'A, Dec.03 (Saba)- The Yemeni-Jordanian Joint Technical Committee for land transport concluded its third meeting here on Monday.

In the end of the meeting, the two parts agreed on activating land transport treaty signed between the two countries in 1996 and boosting cooperation and expertise for serving interests of the two countries.

The two parties also agreed on easing difficulties that could face exchanging interests of the two countries in the framework of the treaty and coordination between concerned state bodies for making possible solutions to any problem.

On the other hand, Minister of Transport Khaled al-Wazir discussed with the Jordanian part in the committee points have been discussed in Sana'a meetings, on top of which is Yemen's joining to traffic notebook and interim stay and following up measures regarding this purpose.

The minister listened from the Jordan delegation to a brief on legislation controlling sector of goods transportation in Jordan and possibility of making use of their expertise in this field.
