SANA'A, Nov. 07 (Saba)- President Ali Abdullah Saleh sent on Wednesday a cable of congratulations to the president of Angola Jose Eduardo Dos Santos on the independence day.

In the cable, President Saleh wished President Santos the best success and for the Angolan people further prosperity.
