[06/November/2007]

ADEN, (Saba)- The Committee on Following Up and Evaluating Negative Phenomena approved on Tuesday its bylaw that contains five chapters including 15 articles over name of the committee and its principles and tasks.

It states that the committee would work in accordance with the constitution and principles of unification, republican system and democracy in order to strengthen tolerance among citizens of the society and reject factionalism.

Head of the committee Salim Saleh said that the committee was formed by a republican decree and it is a national committee to study all issues associated with security disorders that harm national unity and social safety.

He said that the committee is neutral, making it clear that the committee was not formed to mishandle any issue.

Saleh emphasized honesty of the committee's members, saying that the committee is not alternative for any other authorities in the country.

He added that the committee has received 20 studies from academicians over several
social, economic and cultural issues.

"The committee would not allow any one to play with the nation that all have
