SANA'A, July 23 (Saba)- Minister of Agriculture and Irrigation Mansour al-Hawshabi held on Monday talks with a delegation of the International Center for Agricultural Research in the Dry Areas (ICARDA) on a number of activities related to agricultural research.

During the meeting, they reviewed projects which were implemented while conducting agricultural researches.

The minister affirmed his interest to encourage projects by ICARDA to increase the production of agriculture which contribute to alleviating poverty.

He pointed out to the importance of benefiting from the typical projects and agricultural techniques of ICARDA, as well as using it to serve agricultural development in the country .
