SANA'A, July 22 (Saba)- Minister of Education Abdul-Salam al-Jawfi affirmed, during a meeting with the UNICEF deputy representative in Yemen Anna Maria, that the decision of canceling schooling fees resulted in a considerable increase in the number of students, specially in rural areas.

Al-Jawfi reviewed with the UNICEF official results of the international conference which was lately held in Mali over exempting students from fees of study and its impact on raising the number of pupils.
