BRUSSEL, July 18 (Saba)- The European Union condemned on Wednesday
the terrorist attack took place on July 2nd that claimed the lives
of ten people and injured many others near Bilquis temple in the
eastern Yemen province of Marib.

In a statement, presidency of the EU expressed sorrow and condolence
to the victims' families in Yemen and Spain.

The EU affirmed also that all forms of terrorism constitute the most
serious threat to the international peace and security.

The suspected al-Qaeda terrorist attack claimed the lives of eight
Spanish tourists and two Yemeni drivers and injured other twelve
including six Spanish tourists and six Yemeni citizens.
