SANAA, July 7 (Saba) - The Cabinet in its Sunday meeting chaired by Prime Minister Dr. Abdulaziz bin Habtoor approved the guidelines document for the preparation of the first phase plan 2019-2020 within the national vision for building the modern Yemeni state.
The document identified guidelines for standard planning work practices in the Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation, benefiting from the latest experiences and global practices in this area and taking into account the privacy of the Yemeni environment.
The document, prepared by the Executive Office for the National Vision in coordination with the Ministry of Planning, aims to standardize the analytical and planning work of the first phase plan at all central and local levels.
In this regard, the Cabinet directed all government bodies to prepare the first phase plan for 2019 - 2020 the "Steadfastness and Recovery Phase", stressing adherence to the standards and conditions specified in the guidelines.
