PROVINCES, April 21 (Saba) – The army, supported by popular forces, over the last 24 hours liberated new sites and inflicted on the troops of US-saudi aggression coalition heavy losses during several attacks launched on various fronts, a military official told Saba.
In Taiz, the official affirmed that the army fighters managed to liberate two hilltops during an attack launched on mercenaries’ sites in Mafalis Hayfan, which resulted in killing and wounding tens of them, as well as seizing of a quantity of medium weapons belonging to them.
In Dhaba front, the army foiled an infiltration of mercenaries killing and wounding tens of them, he said, adding that the enemy commander of Sanad Hamada front was among the dead.
A military vehicle was destroyed also in Hayfan, he said.
In Baydha, the army managed to secure Dhy Naem district in a successful operation leaving huge losses in the terrorists and mercenaries’ ranks, he added.
The army managed to seize a huge quantity of various weapons and munitions during the operation, he said.
In Jawf, the army managed to liberate several sites during an operation launched in Astar front, Khab Wa Shaaf district, he said, adding that an enemy bulldozer and military vehicle were destroyed during the attack, which left huge losses in the enemy’s ranks, including seizing a various types of weapons.
In Saqia front, the army killed and wounded tens of mercenaries during an attack launched in Ghail district, he said, adding that the artillery force shelled enemy fortifications in the same front.
In Dhalea, the army foiled infiltration of mercenaries in Mouris front leaving huge losses in the mercenaries’ ranks while dozens of mercenaries were killed and injured in Qaatba, when the artillery force shelled their groups, he added.
In Lahj, the army foiled an infiltration in Hamala front, Qabia district, which led to killing and wounding tens of mercenaries while the others fled.
In Hajjah province, the artillery force shelled gatherings for mercenaries east of Nar mount, he said, adding that the army set fire on a military vehicle belonging to the mercenaries in Hayran front killing its crew’s members.
In Jizan province, the air force of army launched an joint operation together with units of artillery force against gatherings and fortifications for Saudi soldiers in Arare center leaving huge losses in their troops, he said.
In Asir, the artillery force shelled gatherings of mercenaries off Aleeb crossing and west of Majaza and destroyed a military vehicle off Aleeb, he affirmed.
In Najran province, the army killed and wounded tens of mercenaries when they ambushed them off Sudis, he added.
