SANAA, April 18 (Saba) - Speaker of the Yemeni Parliament Yahya Ali Al-Ra'i on Thursday sent a cable of congratulations to Speaker of the People's Council of Syria Hammouda Sabbagh on the occasion of his country's Independence Day.
