SANAA, April 16 (Saba) - President Mahdi al-Mashat met on Tuesday with Shura Council member Khalid al-Sharif.
During the meeting, they discussed the latest developments in the country and continued obstruction of the US-saudi aggression coalition to implement the Swedish agreement, including the Hodeidah deal.
The President praised the role played by the Shura Council and the parliament in strengthening national unity in the face of aggression, and strengthen the presence of state institutions to carry out its duties entrusted to it.
For his part, a member of the Shura Council expressed the congratulations for the success of the elections to fill vacant seats in the parliament, stressing the importance of this constitutional step, which confirmed the attachment of the political leadership and the Yemeni people to chose democracy and proved their great awareness.
