PROVINCES, April 14 (Saba) –The army, supported by popular forces, over the last 24 hours inflicted on the troops of US-saudi aggression coalition heavy losses during several attacks launched on various fronts, a military official told Saba.
The army foiled infiltration of mercenaries in Shabaka, Najran, killing and injuring dozens of them, he said.
Three Saudi soldiers were snipped in Mourabaa Al-Hammad, while tens of mercenaries were killed and injured when the artillery force shelled their groups in Sawh and Raqabat Marash, he said.
In Jizan, the army stormed sites of mercenaries off Qais mount killing and injuring tens of them, and fired a Zizal-1 missile and shells at groups of mercenaries in the same area, he affirmed.
In Asir, the army destroyed an enemy military vehicle off Aleeb crossing killing their crew’s members, he said, adding that the army also destroyed a machine gun belonging to the mercenaries in Majaza front.
The army foiled an infiltration of mercenaries which last during eight hours in Qabeeta front, Lahj province, during of which the army’s fighters inflicted on the enemy’s forces heavy losses, he said.
The army also foiled another infiltration of mercenaries in Mafalees, Hayfan district, Taiz province, which was covered by the enemy’s air force, but without achieving any progress, he said adding that the army inflicted on the mercenaries heavy losses during the failed attempt, including the destruction of three military vehicles.
Tens of mercenaries were killed and injured when the army stormed their sites in Sakia, Ghail district, Jawf province, which resulted in killing tens and injuring of tens of the enemy’s troops and destruction military vehicle carrying a machine gun, he said.
In Khab Wa Shaaf district, the army ambushed a military vehicle, he said adding that a machine gun was also destroyed in Dhalea.
The artillery shelled groups of mercenaries in Aheem Mouthalat and Gharbah, Hajjah province, killing and injuring tens of the and targeted an armored fighting vehicle belonging to the mercenaries east of Nar mount, he said.
