EHRAN, March 23 (SABA) - The National Olympic Football Team kicked off their Asian qualifying course with a heavy loss in front of their Iraqi counterpart 5-0 in their opening match organized on Friday.
The Iraqi team ended the first half with three goals scored.
In the second half of match , the Iraqi team continued to play tracks on goalkeeper Salim al-Harash and managed to add the fourth and fifth goals.
With this great victory, the Iraqi team added their first three points in to occupy first place, and the Olympic team came in the back of the standings without points.
The team is due to play their second match on Sunday with their Iranian counterpart, the owner of the land and the public.
