SANAA, Feb. 13 (Saba) – Foreign Minister Hisham Sharaf on Wednesday met with Ayman Makki, acting director of the office of the special envoy of the UN secretary-general to Yemen.
They discussed the latest developments of the political process in Yemen, especially the situation in Hodeidah province and the implementation of Stockholm agreement.
Sharaf indicated to the repercussions of the situation in Hodeidah and its effect on the deteriorating humanitarian situation.
He stressed that the international community and the United Nations should adopt the path of peaceful political solution and work to achieve all that would spare civilians' blood and protect their property from destruction.
