SANAA, Jan. 10 (Saba) - Tunisia's trade deficit rose to a record 19 billion dinars ($ 6.33 billion) in 2018, compared with 15.6 billion in 2017, the Tunisian National Statistical Institute said on Thursday.
According to the media, imports rose 20 percent to 60 billion dinars.
Economic deficits are one of the main problems facing the Tunisian government as it struggles against an economic crisis.
