SANAA, Nov. 19 (Saba) – At least 12 people were killed while five others keep being missed in Toraji coastal city, north of Vietnam, after a tropical typhoon which have stoke earlier the coast.
A report issued on Monday by the Central Steering Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention and Control in Vietnam stated that two people, including a child, 7 aged, were killed when a wall collapsed adding that others were wounded.
