SANAA, Nov. 18 (Saba) - At least two Taliban militants were killed and another wounded in an explosion in Kapisa province in northeastern Afghanistan.
Khaama Press Afghan news agency stated on Sunday that the incident took place while three Taliban militants were trying to plant an explosive device on the side of a road.
Taliban militants often use IEDs as a weapon to target security forces and government officials.
