SANAA, Sept. 25 (Saba) - The Supreme Judicial Council on Tuesday approved redistribution of spatial jurisdiction between first instance courts in Saada province temporally.
In its meeting chaired by Judge Ahmed Yahya al-Mutawkil, the council discussed the status of the spatial jurisdiction of the first instance courts in the province.
The council approved the transfer of five judges to serve in some appellate and primary courts to fill the vacancies and the need based on a proposal submitted by chief of the judicial inspection.
The transfer of two members of the Public Prosecution was also approved by the council.
During the meeting, three disciplinary verdicts against a judge and two members of the Public Prosecution were issued on the basis of disciplinary suits filed against them.
