SANAA, Sept. 24 (Saba) – The Parliament continued on Monday to discuss the partnership bill between the public and private sectors in light of a report prepared by the trade and industry committee.
The bill aims to provide a legal framework organizing the partnership between the public and private sectors in the infrastructure projects.
