Report :Army causes heavy casualties on Saudi-paid mercenaries in various fronts

SANAA, Sept. 23 (Saba) – The Yemeni army waged offensives against sites and groups of Saudi-paid mercenaries in various battle fronts over the past 24 hours, leaving heavy casualties, a military official told Saba on Sunday.


In border province of Jizan, the missile forces of the army fired a ballistic missile, Badr-1, on Jizan international airport.


In also Jizan, the army launched artillery towards groups of the mercenaries in site of al-Dud mountain.


In Najran province, several of the mercenaries were killed and others wounded in the army's attack on sites of Alib mountains, while the artillery hit another group in site of al-Talah.


In province of Asir, the army launched a barrage of Katyusha rockets and artillery shell on gatherings of the mercenaries in site of Alib crossing point.


In western coast front, a number of the mercenaries were killed and other injured when the army raided on their sites of al-Jabalih and al-Tuhaitah areas.


In the same front, the army waged an attack against sites of the mercenaries in al-Thaubat and al-Fazah areas, killing, wounding dozens and destroying a military vehicle.


In Bayda province, the army attacked the mercenaries' site in Gaiva area, killing and injuring a number of the mercenaries.

In Jawf province, tens of the mercenaries were killed and injuring and two military vehicles when the army foiled their attack towards Khab Washaf and al-Maton districts.


In Lahj province, the army fired artillery towards military gatherings of the mercenaries in Thawjan area of al- Qabitah district.


In Marib province, a number of the mercenaries were killed and injuring in a bomb blast planted by the army in Harib Nehm area.


In Hajjah province, the army retook over several sites of the mercenaries in southern al-Nar mountain, killing and wounding dozens, the official added.
