Arab experts report on the number of raids and explosions in the Yemen war

SANAA, Sept.12 (Saba) – The Confirmed the group of experts appointed by the Human Rights Council said in the report about the US-Saudi aggression coalition against the Yemeni' war and the numbers of raids, victims in cities and villages in provinces.



Arab organization to monitor rights ( Arwa) said in a statement in Wednesday report about include conclusions and recommendations after considering violations in Yemen which deny by International human rights law and other international law.



The organization said that it has reasons for members of the Hadi government in exile and members of Saudis and Emirates attacks were carried out against civilians.



In the statistic 60 accident involving air strikes on residential areas, in which causing more than500 citizens were killed including them 84 women, 233 child. Also in other 29 accident in which the US-Saudi aggression coalition hit public places which crowded with citizens left more than 300 martyr.



11 air raids hit Markets, which killing hundreds of civilians and 4 airstrikes hit detention facilities which left more than105 civilians were killed .



The coalition waged 11 raids on boats in Hodeidah province, about 40 fishermen were killed or disappeared.32 buildings of medical, educational, cultural and religious were destroyed.



The organization said that the coalition sea and air restrictions hit Yemen in Mars 2015. The aggression prevents entry of ships affecting trade and the economy.



The organization point here that many children death by diseases is rampant due to the blockade on food, medicine and fuel. Also because of employees do not receive their salaries in2016 affecting a quarter of the population of 7.5 million .



In the report also it point not only the military crimes but also point about different crimes like abduction, torture and recruiting children. In Taiz the organization could not write the reports because of many citizens are armed. The war against Yemen is Non-international conflict and this classification has legal implications.



The organization added it must be an independent international commission of inquiry must be established and transfer the case to the International Criminal Court.
