SANAA, Feb. 18 (Saba) – The army and popular forces have attacked Saudi enemy force and its mercenaries in battlefronts on Saturday, inflicting them heavy losses, according to military reports combined by Saba News Agency on Sunday.
In the border province of Jizan, artillery shelling targeted gatherings of Saudi soldiers in Qamer village and Maqrin site.
Also in Jizan, a Saudi-paid mercenaries’ tank was destroyed by a guided missile in Randha site, killing all its crew.
In Najran border province, gatherings of mercenaries were shelled by artillery east of Ajasher site, ambulances were seen rushing to the targeted site.
In Taiz province, dozens of mercenaries were killed and injured when the army and committees carried out two offensive operations from two sides on the mercenaries’ sites in western coast front.
In Osaifirah district of Taiz, an infiltration attempt was foiled toward the army and popular forces’ site, killing and wounding dozens, while artillery shelling targeted mercenaries’ gatherings and fortifications in the same district.
Also in Taiz, two of Saudi-paid mercenaries were gunned down.
In Hajjah province, mercenaries’ gatherings were targeted by artillery north of Medi desert.
In Lahj province, a mercenaries’ infiltration attempt was repelled in Qubaida district, killing and wounding dozens.
In Marib province, eight of Saudi-paid mercenaries were shot dead in several areas of Serwah district.
