SANA'A, March 14 (Saba) - The decree No. 10 for 2017 issued on Tuesday appointing Air Forces Brigadier Abdullah Fadhl Moqbel as an assistant of Defense Minister for general policy and international cooperation.
The decree also stipulated to promote up to the rank of Major General.
