SANA'A April 23. 2024 (Saba) - The Minister of Interior in the caretaker government, Major General Abdul Karim Al-Houthi, the Minister of Electricity, Dr. Muhammad Al-Bukhaiti, and the Mayor of the Capital, Dr. Hamoud Abbad, opened the “Martyr of Qur’an, Martyrs of the Ministry of Interior, and Martyr Taha Al-Madani” summer schools in Bani Al-Harith District in the secretariat.
The Ministers of Interior , Electricity and the Mayor of the Capital, along with the First Undersecretary of the Capital Secretariat, Khaled Al-Madani, and the Director of the Directorate, Hamad bin Rakan, were briefed on the registration mechanism and the extent of demand for enrollment in the directorate’s summer courses.
The visitors also listened to examples of students’ creativity in chanting, Qur’anic sciences, and various fields, stressing the interest of the revolutionary leadership and the Supreme Political Council in the summer courses, and the benefit of young people from its scientific and practical activities.
The caretaker Minister of the Interior stressed the importance of summer courses in developing the capabilities of young people, honing their skills in various fields, providing them with religious , cultural sciences, and consolidating the faith identity in them.
Major General Abdul Karim Al-Houthi stressed the need to mobilize energies and efforts to make the summer courses a success and improve their outcomes in a way that achieves the desired goal of arming generations with science and knowledge.
While the Minister of Electricity and the Mayor of the Capital pointed out the importance of summer courses and activities in exploiting the summer vacation to enlighten students, hone their skills, and provide them with useful sciences.
They pointed out the lessons included in the summer activities in the field of memorizing the Holy Qur’an and its sciences, which contribute to building a generation capable of taking responsibility and confronting the enemies of the nation.
