SANAA April 23.2024 (Saba) - The President of the Supreme Judicial Council, Judge Ahmed Al-Mutawakkil, along with the Public Prosecutor, Judge Dr. Muhammad Al-Dailami, and the Head of the Judicial Inspection Authority, Judge Ahmed Al-Shahari, reviewed today the level of job discipline and the conduct of performance in the department, courts, and prosecution offices of Military Judgement.
Judge Al-Mutawakkil heard from the Director of the Military Judicial Department, Major General Judge Abdul Latif Al-Ayani, an explanation about the level of discipline and performance in the Judicial Department and various military courts and prosecutions, and the efforts made to improve work mechanisms and complete cases, and the most prominent needs and difficulties and ways to address them.
The President of the Supreme Judicial Council praised the high level of discipline among the leadership of the Judicial Department and all judges and workers in the military courts and prosecution offices. He praised the efforts made to complete the pending cases and the keenness to improve the work in order to advance judicial work.
He pointed to the attention the Supreme Judicial Council pays to overcoming the obstacles facing the progress of judicial work, and providing the needs according to the available capabilities in light of the exceptional circumstances that the country is going through.
