GAZA April 20. 2024 (Saba) - The Israeli army committed 4 massacres in the last 24 hours, leaving 42 civilians killed and 63 others injured, health ministry in Gaza said on Saturday.
Many victims are still under debris and in roads, the ministry added, with rescuers and civil defense denied access to the scene.
According to the ministry's updates, 34,012 civilians were martyred and 76,833 others injured by Zionist troops since 7 October.
