SANAA, April 28 (Saba) – The Ministry of Human Rights on Sunday condemned targeting travelers in Awd district, Dhalea province, by aggression coalition-led warplanes resulting in killing and wounding seven civilians, including women and children.
The ministry affirmed in a statement obtained by Saba that this brutal crime comes in the context of series of crimes committed by the coalition and should face a punishment via trying actors.
The statement held the UN full responsible for all those crimes.
The ministry said the international shameful silence toward the crimes committed by the coalition’s troops encouraged them to continue their crimes, away from the punishment.
The ministry called again on the UN to hold its responsibility, according to the humanitarian principals led to its creation, and to take urgent resolutions in this regard.
It renewed its calls to form an international independent committee to investigate in all the crimes and violations committed, affirming that those crimes should face a punishment.
