PROVINCES, April 5 (Saba) - The army, supported by popular forces, over last 24 hours inflicted on the mercenaries of US-backed saudi-led aggression coalition heavy losses during multi-attacks launched on various fronts, a military official on Thursday told Saba.
The army launched two attacks against sites of mercenaries off Sudis, Najran province, which left huge losses among the enemy's ranks, he affirmed.
He added that two other enemy sites were attacked through artillery shelling which left huge losses in their ranks.
Other attack was launched by the army in Malahidh, off Jizan, leaving huge human and material losses in the enemy's ranks, he said, adding that the artillery shelled the mercenaries off Qais leaving huge losses in their troops.
The army killed dozens of mercenaries east of Jahfan and in Malahidh, off Jizan, the official added.
Tens others of mercenaries were killed and others injured in an ambush set up by the engineering units of the army in Malahidh, the official said.
In Asir, the army foiled an infiltration of the mercenaries which lasted for several hours leaving direct casualties in their forces, he added.
Another offensive was launched on a site of mercenaries in Rabouaa, the official added.
In Hareeb Nehm, the missile force launched a Zizal-1 missile on the enemy's sites which caused huge losses in their ranks, the official affirmed, affirming that rocketry force fired a Katyusha rocket on gatherings of mercenaries in Mas camp, Marib province.
In Dhalea, the official said that army destroyed a military vehicle in an ambush set up in Mouris resulting in killing its crew's members.
In Hajjah, the army fired two Zizal-1 missiles on gatherings of mercenaries and invaders east of Nar mount leaving huge losses in their ranks, he said, adding that a guided rocket was fired on gatherings of mercenaries in Hayran which left huge losses in their troops.
