SANAA, Feb. 18 (Saba) – The Yemeni Parliament on Monday held a general debate on the latest development at the national arena.

In its session, the parliament approved sending a letter of thanks to the free members of the US Senate and the House of Representatives for their recent positive attitude, which called for the cessation of the US logistical support to Saudi-led coalition countries in their war on Yemen for nearly four years.

Over nearly four years, the US-backed Saudi war against Yemen has increasingly affected civilians and led to the worst humanitarian crisis in the world according to the United Nations.

The suffering of citizens has exacerbated amid the spread of diseases and epidemics due to the consequences of the continued aggression and siege on the country.
