SANAA, Jan. 15 (Saba) - Minister of Planning and International Cooperation AbdulAziz Al-Komim on Tuesday met with Project Manager at the German Friedrich Ebert Foundation, Mahmoud Qaiyah.

During the meeting, they discussed strengthening the cooperation frameworks between Yemen and the Foundation in areas related to capacity building of professional and functional cadres in various governmental departments and institutions.

The two sides reviewed the activities plan prepared by the Foundation for the year 2019 and the rehabilitation and capacity building programs to be implemented during the current year in cooperation with the Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation.

Al-Komim confirmed the government's keenness to facilitate and support the foundation activities in Yemen.

For his part, Qaiyah praised the government's support for the foundation, reiterating that the foundation is keen to continue its activities in Yemen.
