SANAA, Jan. 15 (Saba) - The Taliban claimed responsibility Tuesday for a car bomb attack near a heavily fortified foreign compound in the Afghan capital Kabul, killing four people on Monday.
More than 90 people were wounded in the attack near the Green Village compound, which houses several international charities and foundations.
"Taliban fighters are responsible for the attack, which claimed to have killed and wounded dozens of foreign troops and Afghan security forces," spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid said.
