SANAA, Dec. 13 (Saba) - The Syrian authorities announced on Wednesday the discovery of two warehouses containing large quantities of drugs and weapons, including M72 LAW from the remnants of terrorists west of the town of Nawa in the southern countryside of Daraa.
"The engineering elements discovered during the combing of the liberated areas of terrorism a warehouse west of the city of Nawa and found large quantities of ammunition and weapons, including la missiles from the bullets, some of them Israeli," the official SANA news agency reported.
The sources said that the seized weapons included "rockets, launchers and anti-tank missiles (27, 82, 19, 22 and 19), including Israeli-made and large quantities of ammunition for medium and heavy machine guns of 14.5 and 23".
The army also found "quantities of TNT, which are used in the manufacture of bombs, booby traps, RPGs, launchers, anti-vehicle mines, rocket launchers, Dushka and Steyr snipers, mortars, shells, thermal cameras and others."
The sources also found a "warehouse in the city where large quantities of various drugs, including Gulf and Western-made remnants of the terrorist groups that entered the region across the border with occupied Palestine through the Zionist entity and through the border with Jordan."
