SANAA, Nov. 21 (Saba) - A number of Palestinian civilians were suffocated early Wednesday during clashes with Israeli occupation forces in the northern West Bank town of Qalqilya.
The Palestinian Red Crescent Society said in a statement that the Israeli occupation forces stormed the Kfar Saba neighborhood of Qalqiliya amid the firing of tear gas canisters, resulting in a number of citizens suffering from suffocation, as ambulances arrived in the neighborhood to aid the citizens.
The Israeli occupation forces broke into several other neighborhoods in Qalqilya, and clashes broke out between the Palestinian youths and Israeli occupation soldiers.
The Israeli occupation forces also launched a large-scale raid on West Bank cities on Wednesday, during which 11 Palestinians were arrested.
The Palestinian Prisoners Club said in a statement that the occupation forces stormed into different areas in the cities of Tulkarm, Nablus, Bethlehem and Hebron, and arrested 11 citizens claiming to be wanted.
