SANAA, Nov. 12 (Saba)- A number of people were killed in a suicide attack near the central city's Pashtūnistān square that targeted hundreds of protesters rallied to condemn the country's security situation, according to reports from the Afghan capital Kabul.
Afghan media quoted local sources as saying that a loud blast was heard in the center of the capital, Kabul, in a place known to be crowded and in an area where the ministries of finance and justice are located near the presidential palace.
Hundreds of demonstrators gathered in the area today to protest against insecurity and the ongoing Taliban threats in the troubled provinces of Ghazni and Uruzgan.
