PM inspects fruit market in Saada

SAADA, Sept. 11 (Saba) – Prime Minister Dr. Abdulaziz bin Habtoor and Saada Governor Mohammed Awad on Tuesday inspected a central market for fruit export in the province.

The prime minister was briefed, during the inspection visit, on the process of storage in the central refrigerators of the market, by which the local marketing and external export are organized, as well as the sorting, packaging and shipping.

Dr. bin Habtoor emphasized the importance of such market to regulate the supply and demand and to ensure the stability of agricultural crops prices.

"Saada agricultural product is of high quality that competing the fruit in the world with their distinct taste", the prime minister said, affirming that it is a strategic economic source of the country.
