ANA'A, May 24 (Saba) - Foreign Minister Hisham Sharaf discussed on Wednesday with the UN Resident Representative in Sana'a the humanitarian situation in Yemen as a result of the continuation of the Saudi-US aggression and siege on the country.

The Foreign Minister reviewed the difficult humanitarian situation in Yemen as a result of the aggression and siege imposed by the countries of the aggression.

He expressed his hope that the international organizations working in Yemen will contribute effectively to alleviating the humanitarian suffering in Yemen.

He affirmed the readiness of the government to overcome the obstacles facing the the organizations in order to facilitate their work.

The Resident Representative of UNFPA reviewed the activities and projects implemented by the Fund, stressing the Fund's keenness to stand by Yemen in this ordeal.
