SANA'A, March 13 (Saba) – Foreign Minister Hisham Sharaf on Monday called on the international community to prove seriousness to stop the aggression coalition war against Yemen and lift siege on the Yemeni people.
In a statement to Saba, the minister said that the Yemeni people do not trust news that reported the international community exerts serious pressure on Saudi Arabia to stop war and end siege against Yemen.
The minister said any meeting held or will be held must deliver a positive message that the states of aggression will stop the war and blockade imposed against the Yemeni people.
Sharaf reaffirmed Yemen's willingness to hold Yemeni-Yemeni peace talks or direct Saudi-Yemeni dialogue under the auspices of the United Nations to resolve all issues.
The foreign minister stressed on achieving peace that preserves the rights of Yemen and its people, confirming that the Quartet group - which includes Foreign ministers of United States, United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates, must know that any settlement without taking into account all rights of Yemen and its people will be rejected.
