SANA'A May 18. 2024 (Saba) - An educational and awareness symposium was held today, Saturday, in Sana'a for the Al-Aqsa advocacy campaign, on the occasion of Al-Sarkah anniversary against the arrogant, organized by the University of Science and Technology.
At the symposium, Deputy Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Ali Sharaf El-Din, pointed out the importance of the cultural symposium to raise awareness among the intellectual, academic, political and societal elites to confront the plans and conspiracies of the enemy that seeks to destabilize security and stability.
Dr. Sharaf Al-Din stressed the urgent need for familiarity, love, and adherence to the factors of victory, which are the rejection of fanatic, sectarian, and partisan differences, and adherence to the rope of God all together, and non-discrimination, and serious action within the framework of comprehensive Islam to confront the enemies of God and the religion, the Jews and Christians.
He stressed the necessity of benefiting from the principles that unite the nation, adhering to the teachings of Holy Qur’an, feeling responsible for what is happening, , being prepared and ready to confront the usurping Zionist entity.
Dr. Sharaf Al-Din stressed that the battle with the Jews began in Yemen since the martyr leader launched the slogan “Al-Sarkah” early on, when he sensed the great negligence in the nation and Being drawn into the plans of the infidel West and being deceived into believing the slogans of calls for peace and the disarmament of weapons.
He stressed that the firm and principled Yemeni position with the Palestinian issue and the heroes of the resistance in Gaza stems from religious, moral , humanitarian responsibility, and the directives and teachings of Holy Qur’an and the true Islamic religion.
Dr. Sharaf Al-Din pointed out the importance of adhering to the Qur’anic project and following the path of the martyr leader in confronting the conspiracies and plans of the enemies of Arab , Islamic nation and their agents in the region.
In turn, the cultural and public mobilization official, Abu Zaid Al Dhaheri, reviewed the implications of the responsibility placed on peoples to stand by the truth and confront the forces of disbelief, tyranny, and global arrogance.
He stressed the need to be aware of the importance of knowing the true enemy of the nation today and directing the compass of hostility towards him.
Al Dhaheri stressed that the slogan of Al-Sarkah launched by the martyr leader revived the spirit of jihad, pride, courage in the nation and became a symbol of freedom , a slogan for free people as a weapon , stance that terrorizes countries of tyranny and global arrogance.
Al Dhaheri pointed out the importance of going out in marches , demonstrations , taking serious and responsible positions to support the Palestinians, and their role in creating global public opinion.
