SANA'A May 02. 2024 (Saba) - The second introductory workshop on activities and programs for the summer vacation for media workers was held in Sana'a today,Thursday, organized by the Supreme Committee for Summer Activities and Courses.
The workshop aimed to provide 63 media professionals from various official and private media outlets with information , knowledge about the media plan for activities and programs for the summer courses.
For his part, a member of the Technical Committee for Summer Activities and Courses, Dr. Ibrahim Al-Dailami, reviewed the objectives of the media plan to cover the summer courses and the aspects that are being focused on.
He stressed the importance of highlighting the positive impact that summer courses have on young people and focusing on the charitable works they perform.
In turn, the coordinator of the media committee for the summer courses for female students’ schools explained that the workshop aims to shed light on female students’ schools, as female media professionals are concerned with field visits and coverage of these schools, the number of which has reached more than 4,500 schools throughout the procivces of the Republic.
She stressed the importance of the role of female media professionals in covering the activities of the summer courses in visual, audio, print and electronic media, and conveying the true picture from the reality of the field, especially in light of the fierce attack by the hostile media.
