OCCUPIED AL-QUDS April 30.2024 (Saba) - A Turkish youth was martyred on Tuesday in al-Sa'adeya neighborhood in Bab al-Sahira in the Old City of occupied al-Quds after he stabbed an Israeli soldier.
Zionist sources reported that an Israeli soldier was moderately injured in the neck after being stabbed by a youth in Bab al-Sahira, later declared martyred due to injuries sustained from enemy forces' gunfire.
The Zionist enemy forces closed the gates of the Old City and the entrances leading to al-Aqsa Mosque following the stabbing operation.
The enemy forces mobilized in and around the Old City, inside it, and at the entrances to al-Aqsa Mosque, assaulting pedestrians on the way to Wad in the Old City.
The forces also closed Sultan Suleiman Street near Bab al-Sahira and completely halted traffic in the area.
A military plane hovered over the Old City of al-Quds after the stabbing incident in al-Sa'adeya neighborhood in Bab al-Sahira.
The Zionist newspaper Haaretz quoted a source in the occupation police as saying that the attacker is a Turkish tourist.
