PARIS April 28. 2024 (Saba) - A demonstration was launched in the French capital, Paris, called by the "Patriots" party, demanding peace in Europe, stopping the pumping of weapons and money to Ukraine, and leaving NATO and the European Union.
According to the "Russia Today" website, photos and videos showed the beginning of the gathering of hundreds of demonstrators until this moment, as they stand in the rain, which in turn may limit their movement in the streets of the capital.
Leader of the French "Patriots" party Florian Philippot confirmed that most of the Western financial aid disbursed to Ukraine is being plundered, and that financial and military support for Kiev is impoverishing Europe and increasing Ukraine's destruction.
Philippot wrote on his page on X platform “In fact, most of the aid has been stolen and goes to corruption.”
At the beginning of this year, Philippot also called for the necessity of lifting the European sanctions imposed on Russia, and suggested a “Frexit” similar to the British “Brexit” due to the weight of those sanctions on France.
