SANA'A April 27. 2024 (Saba) - The military media distributed this evening, scenes of the air defenses shooting down the American MQ9 plane while it was carrying out hostile missions in the airspace of Sa'ada province.
The scenes showed the process of monitoring and following up the American plane in the air and the moment it was targeted by a surface-to-air missile that hit it directly, causing it to burn and fall. The scenes also showed the wreckage of the plane after it fell to the ground.
The Armed Forces had previously announced that the Air Defense Forces had succeeded in shooting down an American MQ9 aircraft in the airspace of Sa'ada province, while it was carrying out hostile missions, indicating that the aircraft was targeted with a suitable missile.
