DHALE' April 20. 2024 (Saba) - A meeting in Al-Dhale' province today,Saturday, headed by the Governor’s Undersecretary, Sadiq Al-Idrissi, discussed the tasks and executive plans of the service offices in the province.
The meeting reviewed the mechanism for evaluating the performance of service offices and addressing the deficiencies associated with the work in a way that contributes to facilitating , simplifying procedures and improving the services provided to citizens.
At the meeting, Undersecretary Al-Idrissi stressed the need for everyone to feel responsible for improving the services provided to citizens, urging the need to raise plans and programs for service offices aimed at simplifying procedures and providing services quickly.
For his part, the services sector official, Engineer Muhammad Al-Najjar, reviewed the steps that can begin to be implemented regarding opening streets in neighborhood units, to reduce slums and violations of general plans.
He pointed out the importance of working as a team, which would provide simplified services to the community.
